HOW TO BRING MORE MOVEMENT INTO YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE

Whenever you have the chance to be "outside", go outside.  Breathe in the air, close your eyes and enjoy the sun's rays, let go. With our tips you too can manage to get more activity and movement into your everyday life.

So:  How do you manage to move more in a stressful everyday life and when you live in the middle of the city? Here are a few tips that we personally follow every day.

1st  GET UP EARLY & GO OUT
Get up half an hour or an hour earlier than usual and do some exercise outside. Maybe there is a fitness trail near you, or you have a balcony or terrace. Your body and mind will thank you for the morning activity - especially now that it gets light and warm earlier in the morning.

2nd   MAKE YOUR TELKS WHILE WALKING
Do you have a conference call that doesn't necessarily have video? Great, then put on your headphones, dial in via your smartphone and go for a walk during your call. But be careful: set it to "mute" if you don't have to speak - because it can get loud outside.

3.  YOGA IN THE PARK
Do you have a park near you? Then pack your yoga mat and escape from your stressful everyday life for a little session.

4th  WALK TO WORK. AT LEAST A PART OF THE WAY
Do you take the train to work and back? Get off 2-3 stops early and walk the rest of the way. Combined with the previous point, you're sure to get your 10,000 steps a day!

5. AFTER DINNER, GO OUTSIDE
After dinner, you usually go to the couch to watch Netflix. That's totally fine, but why not take a little digestive ride on the bike? Then you can also eat the chips while bingewachting  treat yourself even more.

6th  INTO NATURE ON THE WEEKEND 
And at the weekend? Actually, in every big city there is always some nature that is not that far away. Take a half-hour trip on the S-Bahn and off you go. Take a look at apps like Komoot and you are guaranteed to find a nice route near you!

CONCLUSION:
