THIS HAPPENS IF YOU DO YOGA REGULARLY

DAS PASSIERT WENN DU REGELMÄßIG YOGA MACHST

We men are functional creatures and everything we do has to have some kind of purpose. That's why we not only try to clear our heads and reduce our stress, but also to achieve our fitness goals. Lose weight, build strength, combat back pain or become more flexible - or ideally all of these together.

What many men don't know is that we can achieve exactly these goals with yoga. But the benefits of yoga go far beyond the physical component and that is why it is so valuable for us: Our yoga practice leads to better concentration, it helps us to deal with stress more confidently and even leads to improved organ function. The German national football team is not the only one who knows that yoga is the perfect complement for the active, balanced and focused man.

How often should you practice yoga?

As often as possible, of course. Jokes aside. Because, as with any other sport, it is advisable to first listen to yourself. How am I feeling today? Do I have sore muscles or other pains? What do my mind and body need today? Do I really feel like doing yoga right now?

We don't practice 7 days a week from morning to night, but rather when we feel like it and are looking forward to the practice and the feeling during and after it. And if we don't feel like it, we just go for a game of soccer or a run.

But let's get back to the core question: What are the benefits of regular yoga practice?

We have listed our absolute top benefits for you here:
