WHY BREATHING CORRECTLY IS SO IMPORTANT!

For a long time, our breathing was not given much attention in medicine and science. Wrongly.
Flat, false Breathe can slowly poison the body with harmful carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is not harmful in principle, we even need it, but as soon as you slip into extremes, it becomes critical.
When we are afraid, we breathe extremely shallowly and quickly in order to Body to program them to “escape”. However, if this state persists for a longer period of time, the consequences are:

With a simple test you can recognize your breathing technique :

➖ If you hardly notice any change, you are breathing too shallowly and primarily into your chest.
This test alone will help you to breathe more consciously into your stomach again. Do it 1-2 times a day and you will train your breathing and learn to breathe more deeply and therefore more healthily.
